Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Debt Securities) Rules, 2021 is applicable for issuance of asset backed securities (ABS) through public issue or offer. For issuance of ABS, the issuer or originator shall also ensure compliance with সিকিউরিটিজ ও এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (সম্পদ ভিত্তিক সিকিউরিটি ইস্যু) বিধিমালা, ২০০৪.

Consent fee shall be paid within 05 (five) working days of issuance of the letter of intent or letter of consent, as applicable. |
