Tanwir Habib Rahman, CPA is a distinguished international finance executive with extensive expertise in financial management, accounting, international development, and microfinance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Boise State University on a full tennis scholarship, where he was ranked 165th by the International Tennis Federation (ITF) in 1986. He subsequently qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Rahman began his career with Morrison Knudsen Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, and later held senior accounting positions in San Francisco. He subsequently joined BRAC International, where, as Director of Finance, he oversaw financial operations across eleven countries in Asia and Africa.
As Group CFO of ASA International Group Plc, Rahman has played a pivotal role in strengthening financial sustainability, securing significant international financing, and driving global expansion. Most notably, he led the organization’s financial strategy through its successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. His career reflects exceptional leadership, strategic financial acumen, and a strong commitment to sustainable global development.

Advocate Nahid Mahtab is a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and former Deputy Attorney General. With over 30 years of experience spanning constitutional litigation, financial regulation, anti-corruption enforcement, and public administration, she has represented major state institutions including Bangladesh Bank, the Ministry of Finance, Civil Aviation , Bangladesh Biman, Jahangir Nagar University , Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority and the Anti-Corruption Commission. She holds LLM degrees from the University of Dhaka and the University of Warwick.

He has more than 15 years of research and investment experience in the equity and fixed income markets of Bangladesh. In this period, he served as head of research at City Brokerage Limited, as the chief investment officer at Asian Tiger Capital Partners Asset Management Limited, as manager at treasury department of Eastern Bank Limited and as an assistant vice president in Royal Bengal Investment Management Company Limited. Nafeez holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dhaka, from the department of finance within the faculty of business studies. He’s also a CFA charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
